Eligibility for Refunds: - Refunds are applicable only for product damage or missing items. - Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and include pictures of the damage or missing items in your refund request. 2. Return Process: - Once your return/refund request is confirmed, please ensure that the items are returned in their original packaging with all components intact. - We do not accept unconfirmed returns, so please wait for our confirmation before proceeding with the return. - The items to be returned must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. We cannot accept items that are worn, stained, damaged, or altered. - Please provide your bank account details for the refund. The refund will be processed back to the original account in the currency of the initial payment. - Please note that we do not provide freight to collect (FTC) service for return packages. The return shipping cost will be at your own expense. 3. Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be granted for the following cases: - Deliberately damaged items. - Items exceeding the 7-day period from the date of receipt. - Print-on-demand items printed based on your design or items produced following your tech packs, but you subjectively claim that they are not what you ordered or you do not like them. - Items with delayed delivery due to misinformation provided regarding the recipient's phone number or shipping address. 5. Refund Requests for Unshipped Packages: - If you wish to request a refund for an order that has not been shipped yet, please contact our customer service before the order cut-off time (1:00 PM EST every day). - Refund requests submitted beyond the order cut-off time cannot be accommodated as the order would have already entered the production phase. In such cases, we will deduct 50% of the total amount as the producing cost. If the order is completed but not shipped, we can refund the shipping fee only. 6. Refund for Delayed Shipments: - We aim to complete the product within the specified working days and ship it accordingly. - If you have not received any logistics or shipping information by the end of the 7th or 16th working day (depending on the production type), we will refund a maximum of 10% of your original commodity price as compensation. - Please note that if the shipment is delayed due to changes on your side (e.g., design modification, additional design requirements, wrong address), no refund will be applicable. 7. Claim Submission: - Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the product. - For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. - If your product arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged goods to our customer service at support@threadvibee.com We will investigate the issue and provide appropriate assistance. Can I change my order or cancel it?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order it cannot be changed or cancelled. This is because our team picks and packs your order right away, and wraps all the orders together on pallets which are sealed for shipment regardless of when they actually ship.
What if I want to change the the ship-to address?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified. For customer security, shipments must be sent to the address selected by the cardholder during purchase.
When will I be charged for my online order?
Most customers are charged at the time package has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax. Multiple shipments may have multiple charges, but they will not exceed your original purchase total.
Why was I charged twice?
Every payment method is initially authorized, not charged, when an online order is placed to be sure funds are available. This pending authorization will fall off your account automatically, usually within a couple of business days. Please contact your payment provider for more information.
Thread Vibe charges sales tax on online orders based on the tax laws of the state to which your order is shipped.
All applicable state and local sales taxes appear on the final page of checkout after your shipping info has been provided.
